Obituary

Rose Marie (Reed) Kile, age 89, of Windham passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, August 29, 2011 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital due to complications from cancer. She was born on April 3, 1922 in Warren, OH the daughter of the late Joseph A. Malarchik and Anna (Stuhura) Malarchik. Rose lived in Warren as a kid and graduated from Niles High School in 1940. She then moved to Windham, OH where she has currently lived for the past 60 years. Rose married the love of her life, Yeager Neil Kile on Nov 28, 1964 and they have enjoyed 47 years of marriage together. Rose worked as a Press Operator at Geauga Industries in Middlefield, OH for 25 years retiring in 1985. Some of Roses hobbies were garage sales, gardening, sewing, traveling, and most of all she loved spending lots of time with all of her grandchildren. Rose is preceded in death by her parents, 1 daughter Sandra Reed, 4 brothers: John, Mike, Joseph and Frank Malarchik, sisters: Katherine Morfinos, Mary Caruso, Sophie Pabin, Rose Malarchik, 2 stillborn infants. Memories of Rose will be carried on by her loving family: her husband Yeager Neil Kile of Windham, 2 daughters Elizabeth Perdue of Port St. Lucie, FL, Marietta Reed of Newton Falls, 1 son Bernard Reed of Las Vegas, NV, and 4 step-daughters: Judy Kay Ebie of Fisherville, VA, Karen Sue & Glenn Hinkle of Buchannon, WV, Patricia Diane & David Sanford of Mt. Airy, VA, and Rebecca Lynn Higley of Fisherville, VA, 20 Grandchildren, 23 great-Grandchildren, and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren. The one thing that Rose was most proud of was that she recently was in a fifth generation photo with her family. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends for calling hours at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls on Thursday Sept. 1, 2011 from 5- 8 pm. Rose will be laid to rest at Pine Knoll Cemetery in Warren Twp. In lieu of flowers, the family would like all donations to go to the Hope Center for Cancer Care 1745 Niles- Cortland Rd. Suite 5 Warren, OH 44484.
