Rosemary B. Needler, age 77, of Newton Falls passed into eternal life on September 6, 2010 at 4:47AM at Trumbull Memorial Hospital of natural causes. She was born on September 26, 1932 in Cumberland, Maryland the daughter of the late Frederick Lewis & Mary Julia (Schultz) Brinker. Rosemary married the love of her life, Glenn Lloyd Needler, on October 27, 1956 and they enjoyed 34 years of blessed marriage together before he passed away on June 10, 1991. She had lived in Newton Falls for 52 years working as a RN at St. Joseph's Hospital in Warren for 33 years before retiring in 1990. She also worked at Laurie Ann Nursing Home in Newton Falls as a nurse until 2008. Rosemary was a member of the St. Mary & Joseph Catholic Church for 52 years. She enjoyed cross stitching, sewing, quilting, bike riding, and gardening. She also enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memories of Rosemary will be carried on by her loving family; her daughters Gloria & Louis Pace of Elkhart,IN, Teresa & Stephen VandeLogt of Jacksonville, FL, Diane & Brian Brookes Longmont,CO; her sons Glenn Patrick Needler of Newton Falls,Todd & Allison Needler of Arvada, CO; her sisters Dorothy Roby of Cumberland, MD, Pauline & Oscar Carder of Ridgely, WV; her grandchildren Michael, Amy, Melissa,Joshua & Kaitlyn Neelder; Ashleigh & Israel Watson; Jason & Christopher Pace; Nicholas & Stephanie VandeLogt; Peter, Adam & Julia Brookes; her great-grandchildren, Gavin & Gabriel Needler and Pacience Stock. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Glenn, and her brothers Charles & Francis Brinker. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 9:30AM at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls and at 10:00AM at the St. Joseph's Church with the Rev. Matthew Mankowski as celebrant. The family will recieve friends at the funeral home on Friday, September 10, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00PM. Cremation will follow and Rosemary will be laid to rest beside her husband in St. Joseph's Cemetery. The family asks that all donations go in the form of contributions to St. Joseph's Church building fund, American Heart Association, or the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
