Sally A. Decker, age 63, of Warren, entered into eternal rest on Monday July 19, 2010 at Meadville Medical Center after an extended illness. Sally was born on August 13, 1946 in Warren, the daughter of the late Domer W. & Rosie (Wareham) Burkholder. She has lived in Howland since 2003, formerly of Braceville. Sally retired in 2001 after 13 years working in the audit & financial department at Ames & Hills. She attended Grace Fellowship Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family & pets, reading and playing various computer games. Memories of Sally will be carried on by her daughter & son-in-law, Lori & Frank Cusimano of Warren with whom she lived, son & daughter-in-law, Troy A. & Darlene Decker of Sykesville, MD, sister & brother-in-law, Linda L. & Don Matthews of Diamond, brother, Harold E. Burkholder of Cincinnati, two grandchildren, Kiera & Joseph Cusimano at home, her niece, Rebecca Burkholder and many loving cousins. Calling hours will be held on Thursday July 22, 2010 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at James Funeral Home where the funeral service will immediately follow at 7:00 pm.
