Sandra Lynne Dale, age 77 of Canton entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 20, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her family. Sandra was born on October 8, 1948 in Williamson, WV, the daughter of the late Joseph Pershing & Maxine (Keesee) Saferight. She has lived in Lake Milton for 42 years, formerly of Newton Falls and finally of Canton, Ohio. Sandra married David Lee Dale on June 10, 1967. Sandra and David were blessed with 48 wonderful years of marriage before his passing on March 12, 2016. Sandra was employed as an Administrative Assistant for Medco Containment Corp.

Sandra is survived by her daughter Tracey (Bill) Nedele of New Philadelphia, son Christopher L. Dale of Hampstead, NC, granddaughter Savannah Lynn Dale, grandson Joseph Robert Dale and great grandsons Joseph Lee (Lona) Dale and Leo (Chelsea) Dale. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and her husband David.

Sandra was an avid sports fan, and religiously watched the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, L.A Lakers and NASCAR. She loved watching nature shows and was a trivia buff, and watched Jeopardy daily. She was full of what her family called “useless information” but she loved sharing with anyone who would listen. She loved her dogs and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandson, Joseph, and her great grandchildren, Joey and Leo. She was a giving and caring person who was full of life and always had a great attitude even in trying times.

Per Sandra's wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. Cremation has taken place.
