Stephanie D. Roman - Facemire age 52 of Newton Falls passed away suddenly at her residence on Monday Jan 15, 2024.  She was born on Jan. 13, 1972 in Ravenna, OH the daughter of Steve Dale Elkins & Helen Deloras (Pauley) Elkins.  Stephanie married Nicholas Lee Facemire on September 4, 2023 and have know each other since high school.  They lived in Newton Falls for the past 20 years, formerly of Lake Milton where she graduated from Southeast High School in the Class of 1990.  She had worked Magna Seating in Lordstown in the Quality Control Department for 7 years until 2016  She enjoyed listening to music, going to Geneva-on-the-Lake, hanging out with her friends & family, loved fixing things, Bears, and being on her computer surfing the internet.  Stephanie is preceded in death by her father Steve, and 1 sister Jessica Baxter.

She is survived by: Nicholas L. Facemire of Newton Falls; her mother: Helen D. Elkins of Diamond, her daughter Audrey Roman of Girard; her son Dakota Roman of Newton Falls; her 2 step-sons Christian Facemire of Newton Falls, and Seth Facemire of Lake Milton.

Funeral services will be at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls on Tuesday Jan 23, 2024 at 5:00pm with Rev. Gary Beck officiating. The family will receive friends for calling hours from 3:00- 5:00pm. Stephanie will then be laid to rest beside her sister Jessica at  Palmyra West Cemetery in Diamond, OH.  In lieu of flowers. the family has requested that all donations please be made to the James Funeral Home in Stephanie's name in order to offset her funeral expenses.
