Obituary

Terry Ray Raeburn, age 64 of Canfield passed away peacefully into eternal life on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 11:45AM of natural causes at University of Cleveland Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 13, 1948, in Warren, Ohio, the son of Raymond & Geraldine (Stanley) Raeburn. Terry married the love of his life, Cindy Sue Pitzer on April 25, 1970 and they enjoyed 42 years of marriage together. He had lived in Canfield for 6 years formerly of Florida. Terry worked as a golf course superintendent at Oaks Golf Course & Country Club in Sarasota, FL. Terry was a member of the United States Marine Corp, where he received a purple heart during the Vietnam War. He was also a member of The Old North Church in Canfield. He enjoyed golfing and various other sports. Memories of Terry will be carried on by his loving family; his wife Cindy Raeburn of Canfield; his step-mother Georgia Raeburn of Austintown; his daughter & son-in-law Kelli & Ian Coffey of Englewood, FL; his son & daughter-in-law Scott & Jenn Raeburn of Miami,FL; his 2 brothers & sister-in-law Tom & Nancy Raeburn of Rockwell,NC, Ronald Raeburn of Newton Falls; his grandsons Max & Evan Coffey and granddaughter Fiona Coffey all of Englewood,FL. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial service will be held at Old North Church, 7105 Herbert Rd, Canfield, Ohio 44406 on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at 3:00PM. Calling hours will be at the church from 2:00 to 3:00PM. Pastor Brent Allen and Pastor Chris Drombetta will be officiating the service. Following the memorial service there will be a luncheon held in Terry's honor and everyone is invited to attend.
