Thomas L. Bernini Jr., age 53 of Newton Falls entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at the Hospice House of Poland. Thomas was born on January 26, 1958 in Latrobe, PA, the son of Thomas L. Bernini Sr. and Peggy J. Forsha Bernini. Thomas was raised in Newton Falls and retired in 2009 from General Motors in Lordstown after 32 years as an assembler. Thomas was a member of the U.A.W. He enjoyed golf, the Cleveland Indians, the Pittsburgh Steelers and was an avid reader of nonfiction history. Thomas spent the last few years of his life lovingly taking care of his mom. We will miss his wonderful smile! Wonderful and loving memories will be carried on by his mother, Peggy Bernini of Newton Falls, his daughter, Melissa Bernini of Newton Falls, his sister & brother-in-law, Debbie & Anthony Zampino of Newton Falls and many loyal and loving family and friends. Thomas was preceeded in death by his father. No services will be held per Thomas's request. The family will receive family & friends informally at the home of his sister & brother-in-law, Debbie & Tony Zampino, 5092 Oak Knoll Ave., Newton Falls, OH 44444 on Sunday, September 4, 2011 from 1:00-4:00 pm.
