Tracy Lynn Strock, age 42, of Warren passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017, at University Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA of heart complications. She was born on Dec. 10, 1974 in Warren, OH the daughter of the late Floyd Kosan and Mildred (Pell) Kosan. Tracy married Matthew Lewis Strock on Sept. 13, 2013 and he survives.
