Vera Ruth Murray, age 93, of Newton Falls passed into eternal life on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 7:30 AM at Allan Dell Assisted Living of natural causes. On February 26, 1918, in Cleveland, OH Clayton Thurman & Maud Allen (Wolford) McCutcheon were blessed with the birth of their daughter, Vera. Vera married the love of her life, James S. Murray on July 5, 1941 and they enjoyed 59 years of blessed marriage together before he passed on November 25, 2000. Vera had lived in Newton Falls since 2001 formerly of Southington. She enjoyed watching Nascar and politics on TV. Memories of Vera will be carried on by her loving family; her son-in-law James & Nanette Balzer of Braceville Township, her grandson David & Rhonda Balzer of Southington; her two great-grandsons Josh & Seth Balzer. Vera is preceeded in death by a daughter Diana Balzer, a son Dick Murray, 5 brothers Layne, Royce, Gilbert, Paul & Dean McCutcheon. Per Vera's request cremation has taken place and private family services will be held. Vera will be laid to rest next to her husband in Braceville Cemetery.
