Veronica Rita Staszko, age 80 of West Farmington entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Windsor House in Champion. Veronica was born in Burton, OH on May 18, 1932, the daughter of Joseph & Vera (Cimmel) Klima Sr. Veronica has lived in West Farmington since 1958, formerly of Windsor and Colebrook. Veronica married Edward Staszko on September 6, 1952. On their last wedding anniversary they celebrated 60 years of marriage. She was a homemaker and took pride in raising her family. She was a member of the Leavittsburgh Church of God. She enjoyed tole painting, crafts, gardening and she loved mowing the lawn with her husband. Loving memories of Veronica will be carried on by her husband, Edward Staszko of West Farmington, daughters, Marie Shipek of Eastlake, Deborah Lynch of Newton Falls, Helen Goff of West Farmington, brother, Charles (Iva) Klima of Newport, Oregon, her grandchildren, Justin Staszko, Jessica Goff, Tom (Brittani) Shipek, Ryan Lynch, Patrick Lynch and great grandchildren, Dominic Staszko, Skyler Shipek and Addyson Shipek. Veronica was preceeded in death by her brothers, Richard, Frank, Joseph Klima Jr. and her parents. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2013 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm at James Funeral Home where funeral services will immediately follow at 3:00 pm. Pastor Rodney Mullens will officate.
