Willard Stanley Chase, age 81 of Newton Falls passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Willard was born August 10, 1932 in Meadville, PA the son of the late Willard & Eliza M. (Stallard) Chase. Willard married the love of his life, Wanda D. Pollard on June 27, 1987 and she passed away on August 12, 2003. He had worked as a machinist for Kenna Metal in Solon for 31 years before retiring in 1994. He has lived in Newton Falls since 1994 formerly of Garrettsville. Willard loved bowling and fishing. He attended the Newton Falls First Church of God. Willard was preceded in death by his wife, parents and his stepfather.

Memories of Willard will be carried on by his loving family; his step-son & daughter-in-law, Roger & Maria Sprague of Raleigh, NC, step-son, Anthony Sprague of Princeton, NC; his step-daughter, Theresa Savigny of Niagara Falls, Canada and his brother-in-law, Eugene Shick of Newton Falls.

Cremation has taken place. A graveside service for Willard will be held on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 12:00 pm at Hillside Cemetery in West Farmington, OH.
