William James Godfrey, 66 of Warren, entered into eternal life on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Renaissance North Healthcare Center. On September 29, 1946 in Warren, Victor Robert & Grace Elizabeth (Champlin) Godfrey were blessed with the birth of their son, William. William had lived in the Warren area most of his life working as a tow motor driver for Delphi Packard for 35 years. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. William enjoyed race cars and hot rod's. Memories of William will be carried on by his loving family; his brother, Robert Godfrey of Warren; his sisters, Roberta Strosser of Mercer, Ruth Oller of Lordstown; his nephews and nieces. He is preceeded in death by his parents, and his sister, Viola Quimby. Per William's wishes, there are no calling hours or funeral service. Cremation has taken place.
