Joseph Serotko Jr.

Joseph Serotko Jr. age 70 of Newton Falls passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Tuesday morning Feb 21, 2023 at the Warren Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Warren.  He was born on Oct. 25, 1952 in Warren, OH the son of the late Joseph Serotko Sr and Bonita M. (Myers) Serotko. Joseph has lived in Newton Falls for most of his life, and graduated from Newton Falls High School in the Class od 1971. Joseph worked in construction, concrete finishing, and on Alaskan oil rigs for many years.  He is preceded in death by his parents, and 1 brother: James E. Serotko.  

Joseph is survived by: 1 son: Matthew J. Serotko of Newton Falls, 7 sisters: Mary Shaffer of Warren, Linda & Robert Trautman of Niles, OH, Karen & Daryl Wright of Stow, OH, Susan Perich of Leavittsburg, OH, Bonnie & Daryl Starkey of Niles, OH, Elizabeth Harris of Newton Falls, Kathryn Wells of Warren, 1 brother: Arthur J. Serotko of Newton Falls, and grandchildren: Mia "Mimi" Serotko and Braedyn Serotko.

Cremation has taken place.  The family will have a Celebration of Life gathering at Roby's Lee's Restaurant in Newton Falls where friends may come and share memories on Saturday March 4, 2023 from 3:00 - 6:00pm.
