Lawrence M. Petrilla

Lawrence M. Petrilla age 62 of Charlestown Twp, passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday March 15, 2024 of a brief illness. He was born on Nov. 28, 1961, in Warren, OH the son of the late John Joseph Petrilla and Mary Elizabeth (Renn) Petrilla.  Larry has lived in Ravenna for the last 10 years formerly of Warren where he graduated from Lordstown High School in the Class of 1980.  He worked as a welder for East Manufacturing in Randolph, OH for 33 years retiring in July 2020.  Larry was a member of the Teamsters Union Local #24 in Akron.  He loved to play cornhole, darts, go camping, and he was an Assistant Scout Master of the Boy Scouts of America Troop #64 in Braceville.  Larry is preceded in death by his parents, 

He is survived by: his wife: Wendy L. Petrilla of Ravenna, 3 sons: Michael J. Petrilla of Ravenna, Jeremy & Deena Petrilla of Leander, TX, Brendan L. Hurst of Ravenna, 1 sister: Kathy & Ed Politsky of Howland, OH, 1 brother: Thomas & Linda Petrilla of Howland, OH and 9 grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.
