Patricia Ann Kisner age 82 of Diamond, OH passed away peacefully into our Lord's presence on Saturday Sept. 2, 2023 at the Woodlands at Austinwoods Rehabilitation Center in Austintown, OH. She was born on March 5, 1941 in Akron, OH the daughter of the late Frederick Louis Housley and Mildred Estelle (Brumit) Housley. Patricia married the love of her life, Jimmy Dale Kisner on July 26, 1982 and they enjoyed almost 40 years of marriage together until his death on January 12, 2022. They have lived in Diamond, OH since 1985 formerly of Stow, OH. She was a faithful member of the Lake Milton Baptist Temple for many years. Patricia loved crocheting, traveling, reading, cooking, and hosting many parties at her home. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandkids. She loved having visitors and made friends everywhere, touching many lives. Her life's greatest desire was to see her family come to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Patricia set a wonderful example as a Christian and prayer warrior.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jimmy Dale Kisner, 1 son: Russell Bennett, 1 daughter: Debra Bostaph, 2 brothers: Stephen and Arthur Housley, and 1 sister: Barbara (Housley) Thompson.
She is survived by her children: Cindy and Steve Gill of Boardman, Stacey and Jim Severt of Diamond, Jimmy and Rita Kisner of Branson, MO, LaDonna Kisner of San Diego, CA, Keith Kisner of Tallmadge, OH, Johnny and Mary Kisner of Munroe Falls, OH, Brian and Patti Kisner of Stow, OH, Leonard and Missy Kisner of Winchester, VA, Chad and Amy Kisner of Akron, 1 brother: Fred Housley of Caldwell, OH, 1 sister: Kay (Housley) Duston of Wingham, Ontario Canada, 25 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Lake Milton Baptist Temple, 415 South Pricetown Rd. Diamond, OH 44412 on Friday September 8, 2023 at 1:00pm with Pastor Joseph Griffis officiating. Calling hours will be from 11:00am - 1:00pm at the church. Patricia will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Jimmy at Palmyra West Cemetery in Diamond, OH. A reception is being provided by the church following the graveside service.
