Susan Jane Long, 65 of Champion Township, formerly of Newton Falls passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at her home.
On November 20, 1957, in Columbia, Missouri; Jack Paul & Eva Jannette (Tripp) Bodard were blessed with the birth of their daughter Susan.
Susan married the love of her life, Terry Long on March 24, 1978 and they enjoyed 39 years of marriage together before he passed away on September 15, 2017.
Susan was a Nursing Assistant for over 13 years. She enjoyed NASCAR, sewing and spending time with the grandkids.
Memories of Susan will be carried on by her loving family; her daughter Christina Maxwell of Phoenix, Arizona, her son Paul (Becky) Long of Champion Township, with whom she made her home; a brother, William "Bill" (Carol) Bodard of Centralia, Missouri and a sister-in-law; Linda Bodard of Arcola, Missouri; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister, Mary Jennie Bodard, a brother James "Jim" Bodard and a grandson, Daniel Long.
Per Susan's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
